Payment Options

We accept most insurance plans, and our office staff will be happy to bill your insurance as a courtesy. We do our best to maximize your insurance reimbursement, but you will ultimately be held responsible for any remaining balance left on your account. We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of your treatment. Any other arrangements must be made ahead of time.

We will be glad to assist you with different payment options to make your care affordable. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We also offer financing through CareCredit, a healthcare third party financier. With this plan you may qualify for a deferred interest plan or low monthly payments on an extended payment plan. CareCredit (800) 677-0718 or www.carecredit.com
